For now we have two classes every Monday & Saturday at the Downtown Yoga & Wellness Co-op located at: 701 East Bridger Avenue, Las Vegas, NV

Monday: Move Your Body Mondays

Here’s a short bio on the class:

Warrior Flow is great for the new yogi and the seasoned practitioner.  We offer modifications and advanced variations.

This is a T.R.Y. (Trauma Recovery Yoga) certified class and your next step in the T.R.Y. method.  We look forward to seeing you on your mats!

Online yoga & meditation tutorials

Outdoor events like hiking, pop up yoga events, and community outreach events

The program starts with a 1 hour workout with a warrior to their left and right to get that familiar “burn” going again in them. 

The magic of the MVP begins right after with The Huddle, an hour and fifteen minutes of peer-on-peer support, a group of badasses building up fellow badasses. It reminds us of our strength, even when it doesn’t seem clear. 

Too many combat vets and former professional athletes think they are alone, MVP is here to show you’re not alone. Whether it’s combat camouflage or a sports jersey, our MVP members help each other find a new identity, — find greatness again — after the uniform comes off. 

You must bring a DD-214 with proof of eligible campaign medals to participate

Yoga retreats

As much as we love our yoga we also LOVE getting dirty by gong out into nature for hikes, maybe some climbing(for those who feel comfortable). We also enjoy setting up pop-up yoga workshops and initiate community out reach events to help more and more veterans.
